Lookerbie Goolie QCD0993 (10/12/03 - 17/11/19)Goolie was a very intelligent dog and Robert's first trial dog. Purchased as a 5 week old from Shaun McGuigan, Thangool, Goolie's mother is Lookerbie Miss Muffet, Queensland Champion working cattle dog, she is by the great cattle dog Parrs Magic, and his father is Borilla Creek Laddie, son of the imported dog Glen. Goolie was very reliable, bit heel and nose when needed, like his farther he didn't know when to stop. If Robert wanted a job done right - Goolie's the dog for the job.
Excellent natured with heaps of personality and very biddable he passed these qualities onto his pups. View Goolie's pedigree here. |

Figland Rip QCD2060 (25/08/13 - deceased)Figland Rip was a grandson of MK Angus, and son of RC Yasi. He was an extremely valuable member of the team with exceptional temperament, work ethic and just the right amount of force when he needs to use it. His Dam's line is from Imported (Scot) bloodlines of the Darribee Stud dating back to the 1930s.

RC Yasi (4/2/11 - 11/5/15) (deceased)We were very excited about this dog. He showed a lot of promise from an early age - very biddable, loyal and calculated in his work.
Yasi was the progeny of MK Angus and RC Betty. He achieved the highest scoring Novice dog at the Emerald Ag-Grow trial in 2013 over three rounds, and placed third overall in the open event where just on 100 dogs competed. Unfortunately we lost Yasi unexpectedly in May 2015... far too soon! View Yasi's pedigree here. |
Alvaglen Cap (DOB 3/4/09) SOLD Alvaglen Cap is a kind natured red and white dog with plenty of heel. He sires good natured, very capable pups that are easy to train. We bought Cap for his bloodlines, being a Grandson of Paul Oats' imported dog Glen (imp Scot), which fitted nicely with our breeding program.
We have retained two of Cap's pups - RC Suzie and RC Felix (chocolate and white like their father), and now have a couple of grandsons too including Serrano Paco (out of Serrano Missy). Many of Cap's progeny are working on properties in Queensland with success, and a couple in the cattle trial arena are going OK too. View Cap's pedigree here. |
